Lovely hotel in a marvellous location near downtown, truly enjoyed this place. Location: the venue was right by the bus terminal and the market. The room was reasonably spacious with twin beds and the staff was courteous! Climate control and multi-channel television were provided.

The location was perfect, very close to the downtown, and near the public market. the bathroom in our twin room was clean. I had a great time in Tagum, and the hotel's location was so convenient, close to downtown and the public market. Plus, the bathroom in our twin room was spotless. It was also just a short 10-minute drive to the Christ the King Cathedral.

The hotel is located on the alleys and near to the market which is a plus point. the bed and bed sheets are clean and comfortable. the staff at the hotel are accommodating, which is great. the room facilities need to be checked and improved.

The internet connection is not stable, which can be frustrating who need to work or use the internet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff, including the roomboy and security guards, were extremely accommodating and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the WiFi connection was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise as I had requested rooms with a good signal. Lastly, the room size was just right for the price, with comfortable beds and a well-functioning aircon.
